Purpose and Culture

Life Changers Fellowship Church (LCFC) was birthed in 2011 by Pastor Brian Williams in a row home in West Philadelphia.

LCFC reaches into the lives of many with the power of God through our three fold vision; touching people with the love of God, teaching people the word of God and training people to serve God.

This happens with our simple, three-part vision: Touch people with the love of God, Teach people the Word of God, and Train people to serve God. It’s not just a slogan — it’s how we do ministry.”

Touch people with the love of God. This is first because nothing else works without it. LCFC is a family atmosphere where people are accepted as they are and experience God’s love through real relationships — prayer, check-ins, and genuine welcome. Scripture: John 13:35 — “By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another.”
Teach people the Word of God. LCFC teaches the Bible as the final authority, not just for information but for transformation. Sunday messages and Wednesday Prayer & Bible Study are focused on helping people understand who God is and who they are in Christ so they can live it out daily. Scripture: 2 Timothy 3:16-17 — “All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching… so that the servant of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.
Train people to serve God. Teaching isn’t the end — serving is. LCFC helps people discover their gifts and puts them to work, inside the church and in their community.
Scripture: Ephesians 4:12 — “...to equip his people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up.”

Meet Pastor Brian & Elder Pam Williams

Pastor Brian and Elder Pam Williams are true Philadelphia natives — born, raised, and educated in the city they love and serve. Their story began as high school sweethearts, and on July 1, 2000, they said “I do” and began building a life rooted in faith and love.

Today, they’re the proud parents of three grown children and grandparents to two precious little ones who keep their hearts full. More than titles, Brian and Pam are partners — knit together by God to be a living picture of what a Christ-centered marriage looks like. Their love for each other reflects Jesus: faithful, gentle, and full of grace.

Pastor Brian gave his life to Christ on December 31, 1995 — a night that changed everything. Over the years he served wherever God placed him, from ushering at the door to leading as an elder. In 2010, the Holy Spirit clearly spoke to his heart about stepping into the office of pastor. That calling grew right at home, where Life Changers Fellowship Church was born in simple, powerful moments of prayer and Bible study around their table. In September 2011, his pastor, Apostle Jimmie Ellis III, confirmed what God had already spoken.

Elder Pam’s journey with Jesus began on March 1, 1992 at Victory Christian Center. The moment she said “yes” to Him, her life was radically transformed — and she hasn’t stopped serving since. From that day forward, her heart has been for God and for His people, loving them the way He loves her.

Together, Pastor Brian and Elder Pam don’t just lead a church — they shepherd a family, and they do it with open hands and open hearts.
